Service & Maintenance

Unfortuantly too many BeMS Systems are put into place, with good intentions, with the goal of saving energy and performing to its optimum and yet site and facilities managers neglect the system when it comes to routine service and maintenance. If a system is not serviced and maintained annually its performance WILL drop. The nature of equipment available to us as installers unfortuantly requires calibrating and without these checks the buildings efficientcy will run away.

This is why at County Energy Services Ltd. we provide a 1 year service with all our new installation jobs as standard. After this period a seperate cost will come through where we offer a annual preventive maintenance cost and also a 3 year fixed rate cost to ensure our clients have the option to maintain their systems and that they are always up to scratch.

Our maintenance plan includes the following on a yearly annual visit:

- Calibration of all sensor field devices

- Correct operation of all field equipment located within plant room

- Correct operation of all zone valves exterior to plant room

- Tightness of all panel terminations checked to regulation torque settings.

- Software back up taken including histories of plant data throughout the year

- Time programs and comfort set points discussed with operators

- Full report and certificate issued with attached remedial costs/advice
