County Energy Services Ltd. established in 1999, has been providing BeMS systems to London and the south east of England. With over 40 years of expertise in the HVAC industry, our commercial and industrial cleints, both new and returning, expect professional design, product and after service. And we deliver.

Using our preferred controls supplier, Priva Building Inteligence Ltd. we are able to offer a high tech, modern yet simple building energy management system that competes with any rival controls system on the market.

As computer science has moved on in enormous strides over the last few years, our engineers also have an understanding of the commercial ICT infrastructure and through Priva and Web Relay Modules, we are able to get to almost any item of equipment a client would like controlled. And instead of 100's of metres of cable, We just need your nearest patch panel.

All of our engineers are also fully trained York engineers and are able to come to site and interrogate almost any York system with minimal fuss, to rectify any faults encountered.

We appreciate sometimes a BeMS may not be required for the simpler tasks and have small controls solutions at hand for such events I.E Siemens, Broag Isense, PLC's.

Installations

Our engineers, Based in the south east of the Uk, are on hand to work closely with clients, designers and other contractors to ensure that that BeMS installation goes a head as planned, on budget and on time. Following completion of our works, the entire system is tested to electrical regulations and inspected by the main engineer we place on site. A full commisioning process then takes place of software before a handover is given to the client. As part of our contract we plan a service of the system a month before defects ends and if any issues are found they are rectifyed before a cleint faces costs.

Electrical Contracting

We are able to offer electrical contracting on any/all of our jobs, using our own engineers, without having to sub contract, ensuring a "Total In House Package"

Re-Conditioning & Modifications

Utilising existing panel cabling and external wiring routes, if an old system simply requires a new controls package, our engineers are able to utilse these existing services to reduce impacts on your maitnance budgets.

Service & Maintenance

If you are the end user, looking for a company to take on your BeMS service and maintenance, look no further. We offer competitive prices on single annual visits or fixed 3 year quotations on preventative maintance to protect yor system from costly break downs and poor efficency. A reactive call out service is also provided.
